The Expected Stages of Planning
1. Public Consultation
-
There was a fantasic attendance at the Bedale Town Council & the Exelby, Leeming and Londonderry Parish Council meeting!! Thank you to everyone who attended, we are hugely grateful.

2. Environmental Screening Request
-
Along with others both Bedale Town Council and Exelby, Leeming and Londonderry Parish Council have voted to request that North Yorkshire Council require a full EIA.
-
No decision has been made on the EIA however, Enviromena have now submitted the full planning application. An EIA may still be required

3. Full Planning Application
-
Even though a decision on the EIA has not been made a full planning application has been submitted.
-
Its disappointing that Thorp Perrow Estate and Enviromena are pressing ahead with the application when they know it has caused so much concern to everyone else who lives in this area and beyond.
